  Liked: Location was decent

  Disliked: 1 towel offered, asked for another that never showed up.. about 100 steep steps to get to the room, room was freezing, most if the tv channels dont work on the 1980s tv..bed is covered in stains..would not recommend.. so many better hotels in the area for the money

  Liked: Friendly,central to town,a 14 tram takes you to the station and ferry transfer pickup point

  Disliked: When we arrived,room hadn't been prepped,nor had the reported blocked basin cleared.However, manager gave us a drink and fixed these. Overall,clean,spacious,safe,conveniently placed,good price,will definitely aim to use again,thank you.

  Great location, worth it for the slightly cramped room and frosted glass toilet door:0)

  Liked: Great location, so close to everything.

  Disliked: The frosted glass door to the bathroom situated directly in front of the toilet, was a bit strange for our family of four staying in the one room, but we managed.
