Liked: The washroom was flooded. After we notified the receptionist, she said she would take a look, while we were away

Liked: The hotel was well kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Very accessible to trams with restaurants around and a grocery. Although my room was very tiny it still was good with comfy bed. My only suggestion is to provide a super absorbent floor mat for the shower to prevent water from going all over the floor. The bathroom floor was all leveled. I would definitely stay at Hotel Espresso again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hotel Espresso!

Liked: Great location. Very basic rooms. Windows are locked so cannot open. Airconditioning is basically non-existent. The staff on the Friday and Sunday night were lovely. The lady working Saturday morning was a bit rude. Bathrooms and beds were good.
