  Infested with bed bugs – they knew and still gave us the room

  Disliked: An absolute nightmare for our family. We were put in Room 304 and woke up to active bed bugs. All of us got bitten, and my young son got covered in painful bites all over. The worst part is that someone else had already posted a review on Google Maps warning about bed bugs in Room 304 less than 24 hours before we checked in. Management knew the room was infested and still put a family in it. They refunded the room cost at checkout, but our entire trip was ruined. To make sure we didn't bring bed bugs home, we had to throw away our luggage, winter jackets, shoes, clothes. We had to spend hundreds of euros on emergency clothes just to travel home, plus paying for car decontamination. Management took zero responsibility for putting our family's health at risk. Never staying here again.

  Liked: Decent breakfast for the price requested. Located close to subway.

  Disliked: Limited space in the room. No closet. The first day my room was not made despite the fact that I was absent during the office hours.

  for one night sufficient

  Liked: Checkin was ok, it s 10 minutes walk from the station. Room was clean and for a one night stay sufficient.

  Disliked: The room was incredible tiny (size of a bed plus 1sqm max), my room was at the basement, felt like sleeping next to the street.
