  Liked: The room was clean, had the essentials and the location was great, close to the park and museums.

  Disliked: The bathroom was a bit snug, had to dodge around the sink to sit on the toilet.

  Enjoyed our time in Amsterdam greatly

  Liked: Food and coffee in cafe were excellent. Location for city centre, museums and places to eat and drink was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Great stay, great location with amazing restaurants and bars at stumble distance

  Liked: To put it simply, I made a mistake in the booking about the room size. Due to delays in flights we arrived late and discovered that we were allocated a very small room. The reception staff were really helpful but didn't have the authority to change it. The next morning, over a coffee in their excellent coffeeshop, the owner went out of his way to give us a larger room so we could work. The level of service and helpfulness from all staff is way beyond the regular 'chain' hotel attitude.
