  I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near the museums

  Liked: The best part about the hotel was the location to all the museums, the park and canal cruising. The bus to the airport was down the street. Extremely convenient. The staff was terrific! Helpful in every way and very accommodating.

  Comfortable stay with great location

  Liked: Excellent location. Quiet, pretty back street very close to museums and galleries. Bed was extremely comfortable, staff were all very helpful. André was particularly so.

  Disliked: Only small issue was the shower screen was not tight to the floor meaning the whole bathroom flooded when taking a shower.

  It's worth for first time visitor for exploring museums

  Liked: the Location is create if you want visit museums. The bus is just stopped by the hotel very convincing to goto everywhere with public transport. The Room is cozy and clean. Stuff is very friendly.

  Great hotel in great location. Need to train the staff better

  Liked: Location and convenience

  Disliked: The staff is clearly young and inexperienced. People fly in from all over the world at different times and it's pointless to declare your arrival time in advance if the hotel is understaffed. During check-in and during check out we had two separate incidents where the person on the desk was curt and the second time downright rude (for which they apologised later).
