Liked: There are definitely some good things about this hotel, especially when it comes to logistics and food. The location is very convenient for getting around, as the metro station is just a short walk away. The breakfast was quite pleasant – fresh, tasty, well-maintained, with a decent variety of choices. I also appreciated the self-service check-in kiosk, which makes the arrival process quick and independent. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff members we encountered were not very friendly and failed to provide full information. For instance, we later found out that an early check-in before 3 PM was available for just an extra 5 euros. It’s a shame the staff didn't mention this helpful option to us upon arrival.

Disliked: While the hotel has potential, the rooms are quite old and worn out. During my stay, I noticed several issues: the curtains were torn, and the bed headboard was badly scuffed. The room climate control system wasn't working properly, making it hard to adjust the temperature. Furthermore, the windows lack proper soundproofing and let in a lot of street noise, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The property seriously needs an upgrade.

  Great value for money

Liked: For the price it’s very good. Right near a metro station that gets you into central in 20 mins. Quiet area. Facilities were good for what they were. Helpful staff. Hotels are expensive in Dam, so it was good to find one with a great price

Disliked: Only one pillow per person on the bed (couldn’t find another) Smart Tv but the smart element was disabled for some reason
