  Lovely couple of nights at Hotel Mai

  Liked: Good sized bedroom/bathroom. Great location - just a 10 mins (max) walk from Amsterdam Centraal railway station to Hotel Mai. Loved the view of the canal from our bedroom window.

  Disliked: The lighting in the room wasn’t as bright as we would have liked. We held the light switch as per the instructions to get the lighting to full brightness but it still seemed a little dark (to us anyway). Overall great though. Would certainly stay here again.

  I was very satisfied with the hotel in general

  Liked: The breakfast had a good selection and also had hot food to order

  Disliked: I should have selected a room with a view of the adjacent canal.

  Don't go to them very bad to stay

  Disliked: Small rooms, moizy rooms you can her your neighbors all night I couldn't sleep because others rooms you can her them. Additionally they don't provide even wanter

  Decent hotel

  Liked: Bedroom was modern, good size, bed comfy enough. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Good location.

  Disliked: Breakfast was very average. Would save your money and buy breakfast elsewhere.

  Not a good value for money

  Liked: Location and decor

  Disliked: The staff were unhelpful and I never accepted responsibility,was always our fault. We found ourselves locked in the room on 2 occasions and had to wait until a member of staff had finished his dinner before anyone would come to let us out 20 mins locked in the room missed our dinner reservation. Not even a water for our room. Door lock needs sorting out. Staff needs training on how to deal with their customers! Never ever again!!
