Liked: Location and the facilities are awesome. Staff were great but it didn’t felt like an hotel since there is usually no one at the reception so that we could form an humanly interaction:)

Disliked: Our room was one of the ones in the middle and we didn’t have any windows. I think they should find a way to bring some sunlight even to those rooms since it feels quite clostrophobic

    unacceptable

    Liked: nothing

Disliked: I made a booking for a room explicitly asking for a room where windows could open - I got a room which was a kind of a box inside the building - without any windows...

Good location ruined by a bad and unclean room

    Liked: Decent location

Disliked: Our room, 210 was pretty gross. It was a strange room in the centre of of the building with the only natural light being a small window into a tiny lightwell that’s was about 2x1. The room was also pretty dirty. The carpet STAINED everywhere, shower stained and moldy. Not worth the money. We also paid for breakfast, but on the second day was told we had not and needed to pay again. Obviously this was a mixup and not the waiters fault but not a nice experience.

Liked: The design is beautiful, that is why we cane back for the 3rd time.

Disliked: We arrived at 11 PM, the weather was rainy and cold, and we hoped we could get some warm im the room, but the room was super cold, because they turned down the temperature and the whole night was not enough to worm it up (from 18 to 22 celcius). We called the reception, but no ody picked up the phone, and the online chat didnt reply and didnt send e-mail reply even though they said it would.
