  Unpleasant!

  Liked: Nothing,

  Disliked: Not clean! Very loud when people going up or down the stairs as all the rooms are right next to the stairs. Can’t really sleep in the night when people keep going up or downstairs. The staff there are not very friendly. Breakfast terrible. And in one of the nights we stayed, some people were smoking in the room which triggered the alarm at about 2 o’clock in the morning. We all had to go downstairs and outside to wait until the alarm was off.

  Liked: 24h-check in/out 5min from Amsterdam Central, Mainstation Best starting point for walking tours

  Disliked: The rooms towards the road are loud..you are in a very busy street. Earplugs will save your nights. For sure the rooms towards the other side are more comfortabel. We asked for a take away breakfast as our train left early. We asked for Sandwiches and boiled eggs. I didn't understand why they gave us raw, not boiled eggs 🤷‍♀️

Good to know

Please note that the property can only be accessed via steep and narrow stairs.

Double or twin beds request is subject to the guest’s arrival.

Canal view rooms are not available upon request; a special type of room needs to be booked in order to get the canal view.

Full payment will be made by Booking.com in advance.

A credit card is required to guarantee the room during stay, and a EUR 50 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the card.

Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of EUR 200, and guests need to leave the property.

The hotel does not have a parking garage, and it is not possible to drive or park any type of vehicle in front of the hotel.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 50 per hour will apply for late check-out between 12:00–14:00, and a full night rate after 14:00.

Misconduct behavior fee will be determined by the property.
