  Liked: Quaint and quirky

  Disliked: Room very small. Heating didn't work in the room in the evenings, Room got very cold at night. Shower water pressure poor so often the shower would run dangerously hot or freezing cold.

  Liked: Location was ok. Staff pleasant.

  Disliked: Room v cramped and v expensive for what it was. I was expecting basic but room not cleaned when sign put out (it was the next day when it was said to staff). Only stools to sit on. No proper chairs. Room far too small for a family. Was quite difficult to get in and out of bed (on bottom double bunk bed). Only 30cm between bed and wall. The other side of the bed was pushed up against the wall.

  Very enjoyable, perfect for what we needed it for as we were mainly out all day so it was just somewhere to sleep really

  Liked: Fantastic Location, lovely little local cafe on the end, good transport routes, tram right outside on the bridge, beautiful building with character.

  Disliked: The window was wedged open with wood so we couldn’t close it, we couldn’t use the bed next to the window as it was just too cold.

  Liked: The staff was really friendly and they left us to leave our luggage during the check out day over there, which was really helpful for our traveling. The apartment was close by the downtown by walk

!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

We have a silence policy after 10:00 pm and want to ask our guests to lower their noise level to respect our neighbors.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
