Great location - that'd about all

Liked: To be honest, i feel the location is the only thing I can truly recommend. That and the fact we have our own toilet n bathroom.

Disliked: The fact that it wasn't highlighted that the stairs to the 1st floor, where the hotel really is, is really very narrow and steep. Toiletries were scarce and bare minimum. One of our rooms don't even have a kettle and were given one only after several requests. It was quite noisy as the floor is wooden and we could hear everything as people laugh and talk as they pass our doors.

  Liked: Location and staff.

Disliked: Too many steep and shallow stairs. It is understandable for such an old building in city center but it should be highlighted while booking - because it is fairly unacceptable for elderly, little kids, baby trolley etc.

Liked: I really liked the friendly and helpful staff at the reception – Chamo. The room is small, but it’s been nicely renovated. Plus, it’s just 5 minutes from the train station, which is very convenient.

Disliked: What I didn't like about this hotel was that there is no elevator, and I had to haul my suitcase up a very steep staircase

Liked: A great value. There are few places near the center as clean and quiet for as low a price. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It’s important for older guests to know there’s no elevator and the stairs are steep.
