  Liked: Very nice Hotel with very good service. Really nice and very very big Gym and Spa Area. Perfect for Business Trip to Amsterdam if you want to stay a little outside the of the "rush".

  very disappointing, rude staff, uncomfortable beds

  Liked: The only real positive for me was the large gym. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the uncomfortable stay and poor service. I wouldn’t return or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing wellness break.

  Disliked: A very disappointing stay. For a hotel presented as a four-star wellness destination, I expected much more comfort and better hospitality. The staff I dealt with were rude and unwelcoming, and I didn’t find the stay comfortable or relaxing at all. The breakfast selection was very limited, and there was no fridge in my room. Overall, it felt more like a basic motel than a four-star wellness hotel. The location is also far from Amsterdam’s city centre, making it inconvenient if you want to explore the city on foot. Walking into town simply isn’t practical.

  Liked: The spa facilities and breakfast options were absolutely exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and well kept and the staff were both friendly and informative.

  Disliked: The distance from the town centre is the only real downside as it's a considerable walk to get to public transport before starting your journey.
