  Great views..cozy stay..adorable ducks. Windy!!

  Liked: Great views and location near the drawbridge. Very quiet.

  Disliked: 2 towels is not enough for 2 people. It would have been nice to have a shower curtain that reached the floor or either wall....water got everywhere when you showered. No towels to clean it up...we were not able to sort the garbage outside in the rain as requested. Because it was pouring, if there was a covered area, it would be helpful. As well as it would be nice to have a television that swiveled so you could see it while in the room and maybe some local recommendations & to go menus and plastic utensils.

  Wonderful 1st houseboat stay. Will never book a hotel in Amsterdam again

  Liked: Wonderful first houseboat experience. Great communication with the host, Andrew. He responded very quickly when I struggled to figure out the digital self check in. The houseboat is small and compact but is equipped with a smart TV, mini fridge and even a massage cushion, all enough for a short stay. Loved chilling out on the outdoor patio watching the world sail by. Close to all means of transport.

  Disliked: Missed having the air con on when we needed it most as it was over 30c during our stay. Having the patio door open attracted too many unwanted flies and ants. Maybe a person motion sensor will help thus maintaining energy costs.

  Disliked: Aircon was set for certain times and temp. During the night the unit was stuffy.
