A pleasant stay with good service

Liked: Great location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle service – a big plus! Friendly and helpful staff. Compact room with everything needed. Good breakfast. Pet-friendly hotel.

Disliked: The snack corner could offer some more substantial food options, not just snacks. I wasn't aware that airport shuttle also stopped at other ibis hotels. It would be helpful if the driver announced the stops at the beginning of the journey, so passengers would know where to get off. The room was a little too warm. I wasn't sure whether the air conditioning unit was supposed to heat or cool the room, but the cooling function didn't seem to work.
