  Definitely stay there again!

  Perfect luxury hotel with a nice wiew and great location

  Liked: Great location in a nice area right near the train station. The interior in the lobby is very pleasant. Polite and friendly staff — we were celebrating a birthday, and the reception team gave us a flower vase, cake cutlery, and wine glasses right to the room without any hassle and super quickly. I also asked for a room on a higher floor if possible, and they gave us the 18th floor, plus left a small gift in the room. That was such a lovely gesture! The room had everything we needed and even more, including a free minibar. Everything was fantastic

  Disliked: One of the receptionists felt a bit unwelcoming 🥲. Also, you can’t open the windows in the rooms. It’s not a major issue, but we missed having a bit of fresh air.

  Beautiful room, lovely staff, and a great place to stay for families!

  Liked: We stayed here with our 4-year old son, and had a fantastic time. The best parts: - The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and were always happy to help - The room was gorgeous! Spacious, fantastic views, and the connecting doors were perfect for families - Breakfast was good, and had a great continental and pastry selection

  Disliked: The air-conditioning wasn't working the first day we were there, so sleep wasn't super comfortable. We did not notice until later at night after our son had already fallen asleep, and we didn't want to call to reception to fix it and wake him up. The next morning, it was fixed and we had a better night's sleep.

  Disliked: The in room coffee pods were better than the breakfast service coffee. The breakfast items were not great, just good.
