  Fanstastic

  Liked: Absolutely wonderful hotel. Superbly decorated, great bars and restaurant areas. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our daughter and her partner visited last year and recommended it to us Loved the happy hour

  Great location. Cleaning needs a lot of work. A bit dated. Not worth the price

  Liked: Location is excellent and the hotel often smells good (in most, but not all areas). Very comfortable bed.

  Disliked: The room felt tight. Found a lot of dust on areas not often used, some mold on rubber seal on shower door, and a slightly not very pleasant smell in the bathroom. Personally do not think it’s worth the price.

  Disliked: Meant to get an upgrade that i paid for and it was no different to the room our friends got that hadn't upgraded. Shower screen is mouldy. We stayed 5 days and sheets were only changed once i complained. The area is close to station, but streets are very dirty and the smell of dope came through our windows. I probably wouldn't stay there again

  Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious

  Disliked: I didn’t like the location, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The shower had a transparent glass window, which made it difficult to have enough privacy.
