  not very satisfied

  Liked: The property itself was quite nice. Interior was cozy and the saff were very helpful and professional.

  Disliked: We had a quite bad experience with the hotel. First we got a room, what felt like a dungeon. The location of the room was the furthest possible room in the building. The room was not tidy. The temparature was cold even though we increased the heating and waited overnight to see if it would get warmer, it did not. Did not come warm water from the faucet? The sink didn’t function properly. The room design is a bit odd because basic things such as a hook for the handtowel in the bathroom was not there? We slept one night in the room to give it a chance. We had to request switching rooms because all of this. That we did get and it was handled okay. But, our room keys stopped working for three times over out 3 night stay, which meant us going to the reception over and over again to get us functioning room keyes. Unbelievable. The morning we departed from the hotel with our luggage: the elevator doesn’t work.

  Liked: Good breakfast, nice location and manager was great as he resolved a booking.com issue! Stay was confirmed by booking.com but joy pushed on to the property

  Great hotel with great staff in a great location

  Liked: Great location in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful, we felt very well looked after. The hotel also smelt beautiful and it was exceptionally clean. Our room had everything we needed and it was lovely and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike, it’s a lovely hotel.
