  Well-located and comfortable

  Liked: Well-situated, comfortable rooms, prices in keeping with other rates in Amsterdam. Easy check-in and check-out (automated)

  Disliked: The internet service was very poor and to my mind inacceptable for a hotel in a major city. It was intermittent on my phone and my ipad wouldn’t accept it. I would have liked to speak to someone about it, maybe there was a problem from my side, but in general there were no staff around. The breakfast was also average, proper fruit juice should be the norm rather than watered-down nectar.

  Everything was allright. The room was quite small, but great for a few nights

  Liked: The location is excellent, easy to reach the city and the airport, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, and helpful.

  Disliked: The room was quite small, it was alright for a few nights, but I wouldn't recommend for extended stay.

  Not sure what planet this is a four star hotel on. Doable only if you need a closet sized room to sleep in and don’t min

  Liked: Location is good. Clean simple lobby. No issues at check in/out.

  Disliked: The room was barely bigger than the bed. Not enough floor space to open a carry-on luggage. Central air conditioning was already off, even though it was supposed to be still on according to their schedule. Had to sleep with the window open to the noisy street or chose to be in a hot closet.
