  Amazing hotel at the metro station

  Liked: Amazing rooms with plush beds and pillows, shower is a bit small but water was hot. TV could be better, at least offer BT or wifi connection.

  Disliked: nothing really, TV connectivity could be better with a smart TV

  A "safe" standard hotel to use as base for take public transportation into downtown Amsterdam

  Liked: Decent shower pressure, reasonably comfortable beds, several super-helpful staff members, location convenient to transportation straight to downtown

  Disliked: Carpeting was unclean and stained. WiFi constantly dropped out, parking elevator got stuck twice (it seems without people)

  Amazing

  Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. We genuinely didn’t expect such amazing treatment! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of choices. The entire staff made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Amsterdam. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the whole team!

  Wonder, accommodating staff, great facilities and so close to transport

  Liked: Offered early check in and late check out as requested which was so very appreciated as it was convenient to our stay

  Disliked: Room service is listed as 24/7 but that wasn’t the case. The buffet breakfast is too expensive to warrant breakfast in the hotel each day - potentially have seen in other hotels an offering of a buffet but also an al a carte menu for say coffee and a granola bowl or porridge etc. other than that everything was great.
