  One of a kind, unique stay for adventure and romance!

  Liked: Absolutely amazing stay! Very unique experience that we will never forget. The included breakfast was beautifully arranged and full of delicious breads, cheese, yogurt, and fresh orange juice. Would have stayed longer if we could!

  Disliked: One thing to note is that the bed and room are on an incline because of the shape of the ship, wasn’t an issue for my wife and I but thought it’d be a good FYI!

  Alex was a great host and the boat was a fun way to experience the uniqueness of Amsterdam

  Liked: The breakfast was really nice! Warm croissants, fresh fruit, and other traditional European extras. Nice deck to sit and eat or sip a drink and relax after a long day of walking. Bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious.

  Disliked: This area isn't as walkable as other parts of Amsterdam, but we had already stayed a few days in the city, so it was a nice, quiet change and allowed us to see a different part of Amsterdam. Alex helped guide us to a great restaurant close by so all was good.

  Brilliant accommodation in North Amsterdam. The family who own the boat are lovely and helpful and make a fantastic brea

  Liked: Spacious, clean rooms and a lovely deck to have breakfast.

  Disliked: Not much but the rooms are quite light in the morning. Bring eye masks!

  If we go to Amsterdam again, we will certainly check for vacancy at the Lightship

  Liked: From the free 2 min ferry from Central Station, we walked 15-20 min by the canal up to the boat. The area is a nice and quiet retriet from the bustling city. Close by the boat there were also a perfect spot for a morning or evening bath. The boat and the cabin was really something special. The attention to maritime details inside the cabin made a unique experience. The bed was really good and the bathrom with shower and bath tub had all we could ask for. There was even a complimentary minibar. The hosts were wonderful, attentive and informal people, creating a good and friendly atmosphere on the boat.
