  Amazing location and beautiful building but tired rooms

  Liked: The location was amazing, the park is right next door. Everything felt walkable or a short tram ride away. It’s modern, clean and the staff were helpful with support available 24/7. The building and windows are beautiful.

  Disliked: A lot of the doorframes and furniture were tired with scuff marks and chips. The room was very small – the door opened onto the bed. Faulty vanity mirror in bathroom and bedside lamp didn’t work.

  Charming hotel with a nice atmosphere

  Liked: Nice charming boutique hotel.

  Disliked: The only elevator needs to be paid attention too as the staircase is super narrow.

  Great location, but overpriced for very simple stay

  Liked: Amazing location, comfortable bed

  Disliked: For a very expensive price point, it is not much more than a B@B. The whole hotel was in town for the marathon, and the ‘early breakfast’ that was put on for us was nothing that people wanted to eat (they didn’t know how to turn the coffee machine on). There is not much communal space.

  Overall a very beautiful hotel. Would stay there again

  Liked: Beautiful hotel. Lovely area. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

  Disliked: Didn’t sell bottles of water for room. Breakfast is expensive. Stain on carpet in room 101 isn’t very nice to see.
