  Great location to explore the city on foot and by train

  Liked: Loved the staff and the decor. The breakfast was always fresh and the drinks and snacks in the lobby were an added bonus. Great location.

  Disliked: No, it was great. The glass doors to the bathroom could use some soundproofing.

  Great family stay in the old city centre

  Liked: Great hotel right in the middle of Amsterdam old town. We booked a quadruple room for the whole family and we truly enjoyed it. The quality of the facility was excellent and the room was designed with great attention to details, respecting the character of the ancient building. Very good breakfast and friendly staff too.

  Disliked: Nitpick - the basin in the quadruple room is right by the entrance door, which made it a bit difficult to store our shoes, as there was no other space for them. A simple shoe rack by the entrance would be handy.
