  Wonderful it short stay

  Liked: The property is immaculate and the facilities are top notch. Breakfast is great.

  An overpriced stay with poor cleanliness, worn facilities, and disappointing service

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this hotel damages the reputation of the otherwise well-regarded Mövenpick brand. It gives the impression of relying on strong demand and the Mövenpick name to charge high prices, while paying very little attention to service quality. Despite the extremely high price for a single night, I had to queue at reception just to get slippers. The toilet seat was damaged and stained, the tissue box was empty, and the carpet was stained and had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was also an empty water bottle behind the television, presumably left by a previous guest. The furniture was worn and showed clear signs of deterioration. I did not receive an invoice at checkout. I was told it would be emailed to me, but it never arrived. Based on my experience, the hotel does not live up to its four-star rating or its prices. The relevant rating authority should reassess its classification.

  Liked: I've stayed here a few times now and it's spot on every time! You know exactly what you're getting, it's nearby to everything you need and the food they serve is pretty good too!
