  Liked: The lobby and staff are nice.

  Disliked: The towels were old, yellowed, and had an unpleasant smell, possibly from the laundry treatment. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect fresh, clean, white towels.

  Liked: Dinny from the bar is excellent. Location from tram and local places is excellent

  Disliked: Same food each day. Breakfast selection can be improved, should have variety.

  Nightmare

  Liked: Only the location.

  Disliked: The room was extremely dirty, they barely came to clean it and would never change towels for some reason, no water bottles not even as a complimentary and the AC was extremely hot. On top of all of this, this is the only year that I have experienced problems with staff members being rude. I have been visiting this hotel once a year since 2016 and this is my last stay as I wouldn’t stay there a minute even if I was paid to do so.

  Liked: Location and size of room. Quiet as well.

  Disliked: A staff who was reluctant to help me with lifting my suitcase when I was taking something out as she was opening the door to the luggage storage room at noon before I was able to check in as my room wasn’t yet ready.
