Rather disappointed with what we got, other the perfect location

Disliked: 1. No restaurant service most nights. One night went for dinner at 19:30 and were told that kitchen was packing up and cleaning, so we could only have certain snacks, not even salads. Another night we were told that there was no room service either and had to look for food outside. 2. Room was extremely small, without sufficient facilities to hang coats, open-up suitcases etc.

This hotel is big and unwelcoming. I wish we could have stayed elsewhere

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Terrible reception. Staircase at front door and very difficult access. We were left waiting a long time to check in. Loud music in reception while we waited. Our room was clinical with no character overlooking dirty noisy street.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well appointed.

Disliked: Staff at check in could have provided the information about their green incentive scheme.
