  Liked: The room, breakfast were fabulous.It is close to the exhbition area, though not many restaurants around so had to go to other parts of the city.Over all I recommend it as a good hotel with best services over all but a bit expensive.

  Liked: Location was good. Most of the staff were friendly.

  Disliked: Didn’t like when we approached when asked about property left in the dinning, which had been handed in by the dinning staff & placed in lost property the staff member didn’t look. To find out later that it was there & had been there all day!

  Location and the view are wonderful, but I'm not sure if I wil visit again

  Liked: Check in staff was very friendly and professional. The view was amazing

  Disliked: The cleaning staff and the staff in breakfast area weren't very pleasant. I find that the room wasn't sound proof, i could hear doors slamming. One evening there were many police officers at the hotel in the lobby, I actually saw someone being arrested.

  This hotel made the whole holiday so easy

  Liked: There was a small games area on the first fooor which had table tennis, air hockey and table football. All free to use which was great for the children. The breakfast was excellent. A great variety and quality of food was provided which helped to keep it fresh every day. The gym with sauna was very good. Location was brilliant. Very close to the tram and metro and with a very charming park opposite for a lovely walk and petting zoo!

  Disliked: Little things such as the temperature gauge and timer within the sauna were not working.
