Liked: We liked everything. Quiet and cozy place

Disliked: The person who is checking in,the blond, needs to be more emphatic and to talk louder. She didn't even say we needed to scan a room card in the elevator... At least there was a man in it

Liked: The room was very nice. We had a great view of the Olympic stadium and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. Close walk to a tram stop, which is a big plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my universal plug adapter and was able to get one from a vending machine for pretty cheap. Having a real king bed was a treat! Most hotels I've stayed at in Europe claim to have a "king" but it's just 2 twin beds pushed together. This was a true king.

Great stay, great location and close to bus, tram & metro links

Liked: Great location, had a triple room which is hard to find, and the spec is nicely done. Hot powerful shower and coffee machine/kettle/fridge in room. Nice lounge/bar area

Disliked: The changing rooms & shower in the fitness/sauna area is not really appropriate. There’s only one shower & changing room for both women/men, but no lock on door. Anyone can see you having a shower from the sauna or could just walk in on you whilst you’re showering or changing. It was also pretty dirty up there with towels, underwear and rubbish. But that’s not a reflection on the rest of the hotel.
