  In total it was good

  Liked: The crew in the restaurant for breakfast on the 1st day was excellent and the buffet provided good selection. On the 2nd and 3rd day the crew had lack to organize the buffet and the selection was insufficient

  Disliked: Some Staff was really dislike, first they give a room that want the expectation of the pics in booking, then o say them to give another Room and they acept, was much better but not amaizin, they are little dirty and oldie, not like the pics, o don’t see the hotel of that stars scored

  Family trip to Amsterdam

  Liked: Comfortable rooms, great bads, great location. the stuff were helpful and helped with an issue in our room immediately solving it.

  Disliked: There is no option to open windows even a little bit to get fresh air, but the air conditioner worked well. The ventilation system in the bathroom could be better.

  Good hotel in great location

  Liked: Fab hotel in a good location. Nice bar, decent breakfast and very friendly/helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small, but it is to be expected in Amsterdam. Beware the bathroom facilities are in the bedroom for the basic rooms - choose deluxe or above for separate facilities.

  Disliked: Housekeeping threw out my laundry thinking it was a bag of rubbish - beware not to leave anything by the bin!

Please note that breakfast is free of charge for children up and including the age of 2. Children between 3 and 11 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult.

Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding. Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested. Children from 3 years old need to stay in extra bedding, based upon availability and room type. Children up to 11 years old can stay free of charge, from 12 years on the full amount is applicable. Only the Junior Suite offers space for an extra bed upon request. Reservations for children between 0 and 12 years can only be booked in a Triple Room / Junior Suite.

Please note that if guests would like to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 28.50 per person per day.

Please note that bike rentals are available for EUR 19 per day.
