  Liked: Everything was wonderful, compairing for exemple to De L’Europe it much more better I must say. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the service is genuinely guest-focused — you really feel that they care about making your stay comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and even the small details are very well thought out. And a special mention for the bathrobes — absolutely wonderful! 😊 Overall, a really lovely experience. We would definitely be happy to come back🧡

When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Cancellation policy for 8 rooms or more:

-A 10% nonrefundable deposit and holding fee are required at the time of confirmation.

-Cancellation one year or more before start date: 10%

-Cancellation between one year and 6 months before start date: 25%

-Cancellation between 6 and 3 months before start date: 50%

-Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date: 75%

-Cancellation between 2 months and the day of arrival: 100%

Deposit policy for 8 rooms or more:

-At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking, which can be authorized prior to arrival.

-At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to the arrival of the first guest.

The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as follows;

-30% of the total booking value is required at confirmation of the booking, of which 10% is a nonrefundable deposit.

-50% of the total booking value is required 3 months prior to arrival.

-The remaining 50% of the total booking value is required 1 month prior to arrival.

-Any incidentals to be charged upon departure.

Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per room with a maximum weight of 6 kg or less.
