Liked: It was a hidden gem when I was booking. The location was in a great spot the train station was a 4/5 mins walk. We got 2 rooms for £140 which is nothing like we was finding. It was chiq and modern the bed were comfortable the rooms were next door to eachother which was very thoughtful. It was really secure, you couldn't access the lifts from the ground floor without tapping your room key

Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect

Liked: Lovely modern hotel. Well.placed and good facilities.near train station so excellent links. Good sized room with great underfloor heating. All electronics animated on a touch screen for ease including curtains.

Disliked: The beds had the smallest pillow I've ever seen. There were no spares in the room.this is my only gripe as they were not comfortable. Bed was good though.

A memorable hotel for my first ADE experience

Liked: Overall a luxurious hotel. Room was cozy, I liked the artwork on the wall surrounding the television. The bed was a proper double bed and not 2 singles mushed together which I liked. Lighting and curtains can be controlled via a screen - curtains close or open at the press of a button. The bathroom was perfect, plenty of space for the shower and toilet. The lighting was installed perfectly, which turned on automatically when you entered, activated by a sensor, turning off automatically after around 5 minutes. Breakfast was unique and had pancakes with self-serving chocolate spread/strawberry/apricot dispensers and maple syrup. Nearest metro station Overamstel is very conveniently located and is an easy commute into the city centre.

Disliked: The wall to the right of the bed was plain and could have done with some artwork. The bed came with 2 single-sized quilts, a minor inconvenience considering it was a double bed. Another minor inconvenience for me was the square-sized pillows, since usually pillows are rectangle where I'm from in the UK... however I adjusted fine. The bathroom lighting turned on via a sensor with no option to turn off - so waking up late at night for the toilet expect a flash bang. A funny inconvenience is that when you are in the shower long enough the bathroom lights turn off due to the sensor not being anywhere inside the shower area. Very disappointed with the breakfast since I'm usually a beans and fried eggs person. There were zero beans or fried eggs.
