Liked: You don't need a passport or ID to check-in, driving licence is enough

Disliked: Rather poor state and cleanliness, but cannot really complain due to very low price

Liked: The hostel is nicely connected, the centre can be easily reached by tram or on foot.

Disliked: Basically, everything. When I went into my room after checking-in, I noticed that it hadn't been cleaned yet. There were used tissues, food, medicine blisters and used bedsheets all over the room. The bed was not made and since the room was relatively small, which in itself is not a problem, the position of the bed prevented the window from fully opening. To be honest, I cannot rate the facilities or comfortability of the bed. While the cleaning services, which were called after I complained, took care of my room, I went out for dinner and immediately booked another room in another part of Amsterdam. It is also to be noted that the corridors and staircases appear very dirty, with used bedsheets, blankets and pillows just stacked in a corner. While I am used to budget friendly travelling all over Europe, this has easily been my worst experience so far. While the two guys working in the reception did what was in their power and responsibility to improve my stay, I was not able to relax and, ultimately, feel safe in this hostel.

They didn’t been nice to me I had to pack my things and leave cah I vas feeling uncomfortable

Disliked: The lady in the reception has been very disrespectful and rough, she’s not polite like how she should with a costumer Personally she made me feel really uncomfortable and I’m never going back there and I wouldn’t even advise it to a friend The place was a bit dirty but for the price was expected.
