Staff is friendly but due to no lift I wouldn't go back to the Hotel

Liked: Hotel is cute and in good location, not far to walk from the main shopping area

Disliked: I didn't realise that the Hotel has no lift. I was put in a room on the 4th Floor (last Floor). they were also an elderly couple on the 3rd Floor and I helped them to bring their luggage downstairs. Definitely don't forget something in your room the last staircase is very narrow. Had a hand luggage back back and sports bag, which was a struggle

  OK base for the city

Liked: Great location. Quite street. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Noisy corridors. Door slamming from 5am. Room lock keypads were very glitchy and irritating to use, as was the battery low notification every use (I notified a staff member and they were in different. Cramped breakfast room. Not the cleanest shower room. Double bed against walls for sub optimal night time bathroom trips for the person against the wall.
