  Liked: Everything is a Money-Grab. No coffee machine in the room. Empty room bar. Room service charges 7€ for bringing anything. Umbrellas cost extra everything is extra

  Overall a very happy stay, if only they could find a way to get the rooms and corridors fresh air then we would definate

  Liked: I loved the location, the interior design of the hotel, the breakfast good quality and a lot of choices, the staff polite and helpful, the room comfortable and nice decoration

  Disliked: The worst thing for me was that the room and corridors were not getting any fresh air since the windows couldnt open. So there was always a smell as you entered the room and as you got out in the corridors. That smell wasnt in the reception and bar/cafeteria area, only in the rooms and corridors. Also, for that rate and star category i would expect more amenitieslike slippers etc.

  It was great and I will stay again if I return to Amsterdam

  Liked: Great location in the city. Close to everything and easy walking distance to the train station. Hotel looked recently renovated and the bed was very comfortable.
