  Great location, clean, neat and friendly staff

  Liked: Location was amazing. Close to everything. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was basic with a wide variety of choices.

  Disliked: The accommodation was basic and the room that I got given was facing the road which was very noisy during the evenings and the mornings.

  This hotel is good value for money in a great location might be a little dated with the decor but you will not be there

  Short break

  Liked: It's a very central hotel, beside dam square. Plenty of restaurants and loads of shopping. Was able to walk everywhere

  Disliked: Shower went hot and cold. Otherwise no issues. Great breakfast there

  needed a room at short notice, it did the job well enough

  Liked: Location is perfect if you want to be in the busy part of town, a few steps away from Dam square. Breakfast was OK, not the biggest variety of hot items, but ok.

  Disliked: Surprised to find no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, seems odd to have a fridge but no kettle/coffee machine. Window leaked when it rained, I woke up first night because of the dripping noise as water dripped from the window ledge onto the floor. I put a towel on the ledge for the next 6 nights to prevent it dripping.
