Liked: Modern and in a good location.

Disliked: The staff needs to communicate more effectively. I also believe the cleanliness of the entire hotel can be greatly improved.

Liked: Location, friendly staff and the breakfast reasonably good.

Disliked: - No working toilet. We spent the whole stay using the hotel reception toilet because ours was blocked. Every time we asked for it to be sorted, they sent someone to unblock it, but it would block again whenever we used it. So the options were to defecate on top of your partner’s feces or go downstairs. - Very poor facilities and amenities, all wrapped up in a sustainability label. - No air con. They have some “sustainable” ventilation system that keeps the room at a steady 24°C.
