  Not recommended

  Liked: Good location.

  Disliked: The room was poorly maintained, and the shower drain was blocked. Although I requested a repair or a room change, neither option was provided. Additionally, the breakfast food was of low quality and the cooking did not meet expectations.

  A solid option in a nice part of town if your dumping bags and exploring

  Liked: Great location, friendly staff, decor mostly as expected, nice view from reception.

  Disliked: The room we had in lower floor was ok but smelt a little of bad drains. I noticed the bedside table had dust in corners. Also the fire alarm went off early in morning. I found out it was a guest smoking in their room. Perhaps a heavier fine should be imposed? Whilst its not the hotels fault could they do more to stress the no smoking?

  So grateful

  Liked: Words cannot describe how helpful the staff were. I had a really unfortunate situation happen and every single staff member was so incredibly caring, supportive. I wont forget the way they went above and beyond to look after me and make me feel comfortable. Really appreciated

  My flight was delayed and I booked a room here. I was able to see attractions and find food easily

  Liked: The hotel and room were clean and quiet. The location was near interesting restaurants and attractions. The staff was helpful. The people that served breakfast were kind and accommodating.

  Disliked: I asked for recommendations for where to find dinner, and was just directed to an area and not a specific place to eat. I think that would have been helpful but overall the stay was great.

  Liked: The staff were all so helpful and kind. The location of thr hotel was fab 10 min walk to museums 30 min walk into central Amsterdam, but also local trams all around.
