  I would stay again

  Liked: Great location, nice layout but no curtains on beds so it would have been nicer yeti have ca little more privacy

  Liked: Room large with comfortable beds, everything clean and tidy. About 20mins from city centre via tram that goes from outside hostel.

  Disliked: No bright lights for doing make up hair etc. Curtain was broken when we arrived however staff did fix it the following day.

  Liked: The area is very good, plenty of shops and food nearby. Good transport links to city centre. The staff were super friendly and understanding, very helpful too. Wide range of options for breakfast. My kids enjoyed the common areas playing pool. The room was clean and spacious, with a good view. Would definitely come here again and I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.

  Disliked: Expect the room to be a little cold at night because the window doesn’t close fully.

ID

Please note that all guests must have a valid photo ID at check in.

AGE RESTICTIONS

Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay in private room and must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Guests aged 16 or 17 may also stay in a private room without being in the company of an adult, provided they can present a filled in consent form by their caretakers upon arrival at the hostel. Please send the hostel an email for the consent form.

ROOMS

Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.

AMENITIES

Please note that the beds are not made, except for Comfort Double Rooms, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival.

Towels are only included in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them at a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per towel.

GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night are considered a group reservation and different conditions apply. Contact the hostel for more information. Stayokay reserves the right to cancel reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

The maximum length of stay is 7 nights. This also applies to multiple reservations totaling more than 7 nights.

CASHLESS

This is cashless accommodations. You can pay contactless and with all major bank and credit cards. It is not possible to pay with cash in our accommodations.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A deposit may be required at the property.
