  Liked: The front office is responsive and answered all my questions promptly.

  Disliked: The room is TINY. There is not even a table or a chair - frankly - the smallest hotel room I have ever been to. What is surprising is it is not cheap either. No 24/7 reception either. Avoid.

  Shocking, wouldn’t go back even though they offered me 50% off a future stay

  Liked: Not a lot at all to be honest

  Disliked: Where to start, I hope no one has to go through what we went through. Room stank of foul waste coming up from the other rooms, was dirty, finger nails on the sofa, loud thumping music all night. Slept in our clothes as it was disgusting and no one on site to ask for a refund until the next day. Then they only refunded us for the second night as we did infact sleep there for the first night and later gave us 20% back for the poor conditions. I said my wife was pregnant as well and they stuck us on the 4th floor with no no lift

  We had a great stay and if we could get a good deal we would definitely return

  Liked: Location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were SO comfy! It’s a cool hotel with a sexy feel.

  Disliked: The darkness of the noir room makes it very hard to get ready, it would be helpful if there was better lighting around the mirror. I feel there could be better use of space for clothes storage. I saw a lot of reviews regarding the room size, I think for a couple for 3 nights it was absolutely fine! The shower was very hot and we couldn’t get it to go cooler. Young men in an apartment opposite threw eggs at our window twice. The man on reception was very helpful and sorted the situation quickly and took it very serious.
