Some employees were very helpful, others not so much, in my opinion it doesn't pay off, you can find other much bett

Disliked: Check-in is very late and checkout is very early, nothing you can do about it, the room I stayed in was tiny and the location was not the best for the price!

I arrived early and assured I could leave my luggage on the boat, only the boat wasn't there..!

Liked: NOTHING! The boat wasn't there!! I tried numerous times calling but no answer. I had to find alternative accommodation eventually. I have had no offer of a refund or apology. I spoke with another boat owner on the dock, and he told me that they keep losing business because they sail off, and he's told owners this several times. Stick with a hotel that doesn't swan off...

Disliked: The boat would have been nice if it was there!
