  High quality self sufficiency with superb transport links

  Liked: Rooms are excellent, location is fantastic - quiet but with superb transport links and facilities - supermarket a minute's walk where you can buy everything you need to make your own food and keep yourself comfortable in the room. One bus 20 mins from airport which stops right outside, or can take you into the city. A tram also stops outside and is direct to the museums and the city centre.

  Disliked: Smart TV does casting, but needs another device to do so. Not all apps worked to cast things which was a bit frustrating. That's literally my only problem. Everything else was perfect.

  Wonderful Stay – Beautiful Hotel and Great Location!

  Liked: Our experience at The July Twenty Eight was excellent! The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient, with easy tram access to all the main attractions in Amsterdam. There is also a supermarket just around the corner, within walking distance, as well as several lovely cafés offering delicious artisan bread and excellent coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

  Disliked: It would be helpful to have a few extra trash bags available in the room.

  Great stay!

  Liked: Nice, clean, tram stop right opposite the hotel and metro 5 minutes away. Supermarket, coffee shops, bakery etc all 1-2minutes away. We had a good and comfortable stay. Personnel were all very nice and helpful too. Cherry on top - the hotel was conveniently located to get to the sights, and marathon started and finished right opposite it. On the day hotel were providing snacks, water, ponchos and massage afterwards.

  A wonderful, comfortable and family-friendly stay with spacious rooms, great facilities, delicious breakfast, convenient

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay here as a family traveling with our one-year-old baby. The room was excellent and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were very well designed and practical. Overall, the room felt more like a proper living space than just a hotel room, which made a huge difference for us with a baby. The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet getting around was very easy thanks to the public transport stop right in front of the hotel. We actually felt that we were much more comfortable here than we would have been in a smaller hotel room in the city centre. Breakfast did not have a huge variety, but everything was delicious, fresh and high quality. Before our trip, we thought we would probably go out for breakfast, but in the end we never felt the need to. There is also a large supermarket only about a two-minute walk away, open until 10 p.m., which was extremely convenient for buying anything we needed for ourselves and our baby. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. In short, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we returned to Amsterdam.

Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted.

Valid credit card details are held on file during the stay.

A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible.

If applicable, the property will use the provided credit card details for incidentals, damages and extras.

Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21.

Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.

If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.

Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

Due to our environmental footprint, our air conditioning is based on climate control.
