  Liked: The manor is a really great place to stay! The front desk managements were very welcoming and friendly. The location was also great as the train station is 2 blocks away and there are loads of restaurants and cafes. The fact that there was a park close by was ideal for fresh air. There will be loads of people in the manor as you would have to walk past the restaurant to access certain rooms and you need an access card for the nights so security is also good.

  Disliked: One time a cleaner tried entering the room when I was there but quickly left when I said I was in the room

  Liked: Warm welcome and great help from Marina The Manor Amsterdam is a beautiful historic building in a quiet part of Amsterdam Oost. I especially want to thank Marina at reception. She helped us with check-in and getting settled into our room, and she was patient, friendly and attentive throughout. Being able to talk with her in our own language made us feel welcome straight away and made everything much easier. Thank you, Marina!

  Disliked: The roadworks around the hotel made it a bit harder to get there. This is outside the hotel’s control, and the staff did their best to make up for it.

  Comfortable

  Liked: We had a lovely stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing, making it easy to get a really good night's sleep. The hotel also had some lovely amenities, which made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the bathroom door, which I felt could have offered more privacy. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we would happily recommend the hotel.

  Liked: The staff were naturally pleasant, helpful, nice and anything I needed they were happy to help in whatever way. I'd definitely return just for them and the facilities are also very cozy.

  Disliked: I wish there was rook service and more food options within the facility.
