  Nice gentleman at the front door

  Liked: Located in a good place

  Disliked: My room was in -1 floor. I did not have access to telephone it was blacked out down there so I couldn’t call with my telephone number in my room but WiFi was available so I had WiFi internet. Room smelled bad probably due to the toilet or the filter of the air conditioner was old and smelled rusty.

  Liked: The location was great! Room size was very good for Amsterdam. Also really appreciated the free coffee and tea even though I didn’t have breakfast included.

  Disliked: Not a lot of sound proofing - I could hear a lot from neighbouring rooms.

  good but overpriced

  Liked: room was ok, clean and decent size, location is also ok close to tram and bars/restaurants, breakfast was good.

  Disliked: I didn't like the check-in experience, you need to check in online which I didn't do, so then we entered the building and had to do the check-in ourselves. it was long and unnecessary for the price that you pay for this hotel. i understand that you want to reduce costs by not having staff at night, but I didn't appreciate having to type 10 minutes to check-in 4 people and 2 rooms and 1 night.
