  Good value for money and well located

  It was great, a true highlight to our trip

  Liked: Everyone working there was extremely helpful and very polite! Great stuff! Also, the common areas are amazing, well kept and welcoming. Metro and tram station right outside so it’s very convenient even if it’s a bit far from the centre. But the area is peaceful.

  Disliked: Lifts are a bit slow. Also a moving shower head would be nice as an alternative to the big one.

  Disliked: Pillows are so high that by the 3rd night my cervical was in full pain. I asked for lower pillow but they didn't have them even on request.

  Liked: The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. While I didn't partake in them, there was plenty of choice in terms of activity to do, from the social area with a pool/ping pong table, to the gym with many advertised classes.

  Disliked: My only complaint was the 1 ply toilet paper

  Disliked: A girl from the staff was impolite; her smile was missing somewhere. All the other staff members were so nice, but this one (unfortunately, I don't know her name; she's not tall at all, with long brown hair, and works at the reception) was so unpleasant that she ruined our whole stay 😒. And, unfortunately, she was the first and the last person we saw at the hotel 😒. Such a pity...

  Liked: Great facilities and the staff were great.

  Disliked: Key cards constantly stopped working so had to have them re scanned or changed at reception quite a few times.
