  Really good location, but really expensive for the room!

  Great location, beds and staff!

  Liked: Lift to 2rd floor excellent, the extra steps n stairs to our room not so great (i have stair climbing problems), esp with a heavy case. Beds lovely, plenty of plugs, view...next doors rooftop garden! Receptionists were always fantastic....lots of useful advice.

  Disliked: As above the steps were an unwelcome surprise. Tel reception to increase the heat was unusual, but was effective. No teaspoon. The one we asked for disappeared after cleaning so had to be requested again.

  Overall, I recommend this hotel, great location!

  Liked: The staff is super nice and helpful! The breakfast was basic but filled a gap and started the day off on the right foot. The view from my room was beautiful! Housekeeping was good!

  Disliked: Many of the towels were very worn and ragged! The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable!
