Liked: From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations! We received such a warm welcome from the lovely reception staff, and the hotel immediately felt cosy and inviting. A particularly thoughtful touch was the little birthday gift from the hotel, which made my stay even more special. As we arrived early, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and head off to explore Amsterdam while our room was being prepared, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, warm and wonderfully quiet, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. We particularly appreciated how well our privacy was respected throughout our stay. The bathroom was lovely, with a fantastic, powerful shower. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Sloterdijk train station, with frequent trains to Amsterdam Centraal, making exploring the city incredibly easy. And breakfast! It exceeded our expectations too. A wonderful selection of cold meats, cheeses and hot breakfast options, with plenty to choose from. Such a lovely way to start each morning! Overall, an absolutely excellent stay, with genuinely friendly, welcoming and respectful staff, delicious food and a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Fulfills expectations

Liked: Great breakfast. Room was pretty spacious for Amsterdam standards. Convenient location (5 mins from train station). Comfortable large bed.

Disliked: Not being able to open a window made room appear a bit crampy. TV was basic, so no casting. Wifi was mediocre.
