  Great hotel which met our needs well and staff were great

  Liked: The property was clean, central for what we wanted and quiet. The staff were helpful and very accommodating.

  Disliked: One complaint if any was when we checked in we weren’t told you needed to book the spa even if just using the pool and jacuzzi although they did try to slot us in but ended up being a bit too late but did appreciate it.

  True 5* hotel experience in Amsterdam

  Liked: The hotel was great in all the meanings. Check-in was smooth, the staff was really supportive, we also visited the bar (Mr Porter) and then later the spa - everything was great. Also the room dining was great, both service and quality of meals. We liked the room - Deluxe exchange - and the bed was just great. Special thanks to Nicole - she made our stay perfect!

Please note only in the suite an extra bed can be placed upon request, and the extra charge is 80 EUR.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

Children below 16 years old can use the wet area accompanied by an adult who signs a disclaimer for them and after making a reservation every day between 9 am and 11amGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
