  Wonderful stay in Amsterdam

  Liked: The staff was exceptional and welcoming from the instant we arrived. The location was great and the room was extremely comfortable with lovely amenities. The concierge (Peter in particular) was very helpful and arranged a fantastic day for us! The pre-arrival communication was also very helpful in making transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was very personable and polite. Just an overall amazing stay!

  we loved the stay, great location, huge room that felt like home

  Liked: Beautiful rooms, canal view with boats floating by all day, nice location, stylish breakfast.

  Disliked: food at the lounge (near lobby entrance) is pretty limited. basic gym.

  We had a wonderful stay, the staff were absolutely exceptional, very polite and very helpful

  Liked: Location was excellent, the staff were exceptional. Attention to detail was very good from the staff. The hotel was comfortable and clean

  Disliked: I felt the room was disappointing, as we paid a huge amount for a suit, I was slightly disappointed by the room we received. In the spa there was no access to cold water!! Everything in the hotel was very expensive.
