  Great value for money

  Liked: Near public transport, friendly staff at the reception desk, daily cleaning - including change of towels, complimentary bottle of water in fridge, you could find iron with ironing board hidden in closet, if you go by car the hotel is near highway

  Disliked: You could hear your loud neighbours

  Overall the hotel is a bit old fashionef, but clean. The staff should be more trained or coached

  Liked: Breakfast, swimming pool, rooms

  Disliked: Cleaning a few times took our food and packs with no permission as a garbage. The parking facilities were not managed properly

  Great value for Amsterdam

  Liked: Great location, few mins from the tram line. Upstairs bar is awesome. Greta area to smoke out the front

  Disliked: Initially provided with the wrong room, but to be fair they fixed it pretty quickly. Having the ability to cast form mobile to the TV would be a huge upgrade. Did have a couple of shady people outside using the old 'i forgot my card' trick, so a bit more security would have been nice. Adding to the one of the lifts didn't require a key, kinda raised safety concerns.

  Liked: We have been enjoying this hotel for 10 years! It has a great team, good food and bars and excellent facilities. Only 20mins to the centre of Amsterdam by the tram

  Liked: The food was great and reasonably priced.

  Disliked: The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. They were not joined together so they would move apart in the night. Individually, each bed was great.
