  Okay

  Liked: Location was good, staff very kind. Decent view.

  Disliked: Mould on the door frame of bathroom, had to keep door open as no extractor fan/ that worked. Water wouldn’t drain from shower as the gradient was not towards the drain. Bed was comfy but thick topper kept slipping. Our room was two flights of stairs on top of the lift but I suppose that is typical of this area!

  Disliked: Rats Breakfast limited, sply for vegetarians Lift is there but there are few steps after that too Rooms were too small Not value for money Rooms were not soundproof Random strangers tapped the door at night Sheets and towels not changed, despite being requested Old carpets Room phone not working Single room bed mattress was not fixed to the bed, it kept sliding

  Liked: The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are well thought out and spacious. The bathroom was really clean and nice as well. Also, the hotel lobby and common areas had a nice design. I wish we got to stay a bit more honestly.

  Disliked: Our room was in the basement so I wasn’t expecting much, but I also wasn’t expecting flies and mosquitoes everywhere. Also, it was somewhat hard to get the AC to work even though the instructions were clear.

  Avoid this hotel!

  Liked: Location was excellent. Breakfast was decent.

  Disliked: It was dated and grubby and smelled badly of damp. It was pretty dark in the bedrooms even with the lights on. Based on the appearance of the hotel with the grubby and dated decor the first thing we did when we arrived was check for bed bugs- thankfully didn’t find any.
