  Very good Hotel, will return

  Liked: The room veey comfortable, facilities very good and staff extremely pleasant and helpful

  The photos on website gave me the impression hotel had view of water. Certainly rooms did not

  Disliked: The location was very misleading as public transport involved a very long walk to ferry through industrial area.

  It was nice and comfortable

  Liked: The cleanliness, the breakfast variety, the gym, the bike rental service, the TV casting option.

  Disliked: The transparent toilet and shower, I was in a family room with my children, inappropriate. The lack of tea making facilities and a shower cap in the room. The confusion from staff about whether I paid for breakfast or not, every single day of my stay. The overcharging that happened, I’m yet to receive the refund.

  Short and comfortable

  Liked: The staff are really helpful and the room is really comfortable. It is a small room but big enough to be comfortable. I really enjoy staying here as I stay regularly. Had breakfast for the first time this time and it was great. Nothing amazing but good enough.

  Luxurious experience

  Liked: I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It looks very luxurious. Very quiet. They have their own restaurant on the 1st floor so you don’t have to worry about the food. The room looked so perfect and comfortable. The location is also convenient and you can use Uber if you don’t want to walk much. I was in love with my room.
